Interview with Ronald McWilliams

In this interview, Ronald McWilliams talks about his years of service in the United States Navy and, later, the United States Air Force. He speaks to his experiences as a medic on a hospital ship and talks about the educational benefits of military service.

    Ronald McWilliams was born in Ballinger, Texas in 1922. His father was a Texas Ranger, so they often moved, though they stayed in Texas. McWilliams initially joined the Navy in 1940, and stayed in until 1946. He joined the Air Force in 1950 after completing his dental degree.
