Clery Act

• Compliance with the Clery Act requires that colleges and universities provide statistics and reports regarding campus crime. This data is compiled and distributed annually.
• It is the responsibility of the Office of the Dean of Students and the Office of Title IX Compliance to properly record and report data specific to the requirements of the Clery Act.
