Texas Educator Certification Examination Program (TExES)
The TExES is a criterion-referenced examination designed to measure a teacher candidate’s knowledge in relation to an established criterion rather than to the performance of other candidates. The TExES Educator Standards, based on the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS), form the foundation for the TExES tests. Detailed information can be found online with Pearson VUE at https://home.pearsonvue.com/tea
The schedule for TExES exam dates are as follows for the Computer Administered Test (CAT). If a date listed below no longer appears on the TExES/Pearson VUE registration website, ASU Testing Center is full and registration for that date at our location is no longer available.
