We don’t leave our intro students out of the fun! Getting students out into the field to experience nature is a big part of what we do (and love!).
We like to give our students plenty of opportunities to do research, and that often involves going out into the field!
Another thing we love to do is help out the community. Either by spreading our love of geology or by helping make the world a cleaner place.
We try to get our geology majors out into the field as much as possible actually DOING geology! Here is a selection of our most recent trips.
One of the best things we do for our students is get them out to conferences to present their fabulous research!
