Our Pre-Law Advising program offers assistance for students pursuing careers in law. Some popular areas of expertise for students pursuing law degrees include Family Law, Criminal Law and Business Law. Lawyers are also needed in virtually every business area to assist in the interpretation of rules and regulations. Graduates of our program have been admitted to many prestigious law schools, including Columbia, University of Texas at Austin, Georgetown, Baylor, Texas Tech and Harvard.

What Can You Do With a Political Science Degree?

Earning your political science degree will open career doors in a variety of settings, including public administration, international affairs, business and finance, non-governmental and nonprofit agencies, teaching and academic research, and journalism.

Our graduates have been accepted to some of the most prestigious law and graduate schools in the nation. Internships in Washington, D.C., and San Angelo have prepared our students for careers on Capitol Hill and at all levels of government, and to start businesses and excel in the private sector.
