Resources for Psychology Students
The exit exam is administered during the semester in which you graduate, online via Blackboard. It is intended to be a survey of what you know about general psychology when you graduate. The exam is a degree requirement, but it is not graded, does not count toward your GPA, and is not something you must necessarily prepare for. About half way through the semester, after all graduating seniors have been identified*, you will receive an email from the psychology department with exit exam information. You will also have access to the Bb site where the exit exam is administered. There you will find additional information about the exam, passing criteria, preparing for the exam, and so on.
*Note: You must apply for graduation during the first half of the semester in which you plan to graduate to receive information about the exit exam.
