The Kay Bailey Hutchison Center for Security Studies has developed these academic resources:
Instructional Language Laboratory: The laboratory will be outfitted with visualization and auditory technology for dynamic language learning capabilities.
Global Immersion Center: The former planetarium has been reconfigured into a full-dome, 360-degree immersive, interactive multimedia visualization and learning environment.
“The Center” lecture/classroom and video conference room: “The Center” is a large, interactive classroom environment that uses computational and visualization technologies to immerse students in data and visual graphics. It is also equipped with videoconferencing capabilities. Presentations in “The Center” can also be simulcast into an adjacent classroom and the conference room, which are similarly equipped. All three rooms are equipped to deliver courses both on campus and online.
