The ASU Symphony Orchestra plays a variety of orchestral music, ranging from standard masterworks to modern literature. Through its concerts, the ASU Symphony fosters an appreciation for music and enrichment of the academic and local communities.

The orchestras are open to any ASU student who qualifies by audition, including music majors, music minors and non-music majors. Merit-based scholarships are available to qualified members based on their audition.

Performances

The symphony performs six concerts per year, as well as educational programs and university outreach concerts. Our ensemble performs at the traditional ASU Tree Lighting event.
