COMPUTERS, LIBRARY & RESEARCH FACILITIES
While technology continues to play an integral part in university related activities, industry trends show initiatives that focus on the integration of people, processes, and technology will deliver the most value and benefits to the institution. To further articulate this point, value and benefits translate into more streamlined processes, as well as, timely access to better information to make better decisions. This allows the institution to deliver more value-added services to students.
The Campus Clinic provides diagnostic services and treatments appropriate on an episodic, outpatient basis. Services are not intended as a substitute for the health maintenance care given by a primary care provider. However, the clinic can provide invaluable services to students who cannot see a physician because of time constraints or distance. Any problems that cannot be treated at the clinic may be referred to medical sources off campus.
Angelo State University and Shannon Clinic have become partners for the service of ASU Student Health. ASU students are able to receive the excellence of Shannon Clinic’s medical care on the ASU campus (at the Campus Clinic) and also at three nearby Urgent Care locations. Hours of operation and other information can be found on the Health Clinic website.
