What Can You Do With a Mechanical Engineering Degree?

Start your career as soon as you graduate. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that mechanical engineering fields are expected to add thousands of new jobs by 2031, with a median annual salary of $95,300.

Our state-of-the-art Hunter Strain Engineering Labs are the hub of engineering activity on campus. This $4.5 million, 8,000-square-foot facility is where you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the Engineering Mechanics Lab and Student Team Projects Lab, among others. All the labs are stocked with the latest in high-tech engineering equipment for hands-on learning and research.
