UREC Fitness Class Schedule

Group classes are free for currently enrolled students, faculty and staff members. No registration required. View the Class Descriptions page for details about each fitness class. All fitness classes are held in CHP 202 excluding the Lifting 101 class that will be held in the CHP weight room.
