Prefix - To update missing or incorrect prefixes, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Name - The name appearing in the directory is a person’s Preferred Name from Banner. To update their preferred names, employees must fill out the Address/Name Change Form or contact email@example.com.
Suffix - If a suffix is displayed, it reflects the legal suffix as it appears on the employee’s social security card, and can not be changed.
If you believe an error has been made in a job title, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Complete the Office Move Form to request changes to your building or office room number.
