How do games shape human values?
The speakers consider “games” to be a broad category that includes board games, video games, alternate reality games, and more. Here are some ideas for questions that your work might engage, but feel free to come up with your own in addressing the topic:
- Are video games “art?”
- How is culture (literature, music, art) reflected in games, or how have games informed culture?
- How do games provoke emotions, inspire, or otherwise affect us?
- How has a specific game changed the way you see the world?
- How can games be used to educate and inspire social change?
