Entry fees for the Regional Tennis Tournament are covered by a flat fee and are non-refundable. Fees must be paid through your district director in accordance with the Schedule of Fees.
All entries must be emailed or faxed immediately after the district tournament.

Tournament play will begin at 8 a.m. on Thursday, May 9, at Bentwood Country Club, 2111 Club House Lane.

There will be a coaches’ meeting at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 7, in Classrooms B-C of the ASU Junell Center-Stephens Arena on South Jackson Street.
During the meeting, draws and seeds will be made and copies will be distributed to all coaches.
Bracket positions will be determined by seeding using USTA guidelines.
Please fax the following information on regional qualifiers to 325-942-2158 as soon as possible, and then call 325-942-2264 to confirm it has been received.
Fall and spring record. Include dates, locations, opponents, scores and cumulative record.
Each qualifier’s history in district, regional and state.
Each player is to bring a new can of yellow brand-name Championship tennis balls. The winner will take the remaining new can to the next match.
Coaches, spectators and participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and positive manner. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the tennis venue. The point penalty system will be strictly enforced for players.
Awards will be presented after the final match in each event. Both the winner and runner-up in each event will qualify for the UIL State Tennis Tournament. Third-place finishers will also receive medals.
Results and event schedules/brackets will be available after all competition has ended each day.
