Application Process
Apply for all study abroad programs in Banner.
Once you have applied for your program, you must submit an essay. Your essay should describe your goals and objectives and the reasons why you would like to participate in your selected study abroad program. The essay should be more than 4,000 characters, but no more than 5,000 characters.
Please note that you can copy your essay into the application area, but if it is longer than space allows, your essay will be cut short, so please remember to make sure it is complete.
Once your essay is submitted, you will be contacted for an interview by the program director.
Financial Arrangements
Student costs will vary by program, with the final amount determined early in the spring semester before the program’s departure. Approximate costs will be provided to students at the time of application.
The initial deposit is considered a student’s commitment to the program, and all final arrangements for the program will be made on the student’s behalf. If you withdraw your application, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred on your behalf beyond the initial deposit.
You are responsible for standard ASU tuition and fees and personal spending money.
