Class Description
This class is a low-impact, low-intensity workout formatted to stretch tight and sore muscles while increasing flexibility and mobility. This class is designed to target tight and sore muscles and muscles you use in everyday life. Equipment includes foam rollers, resistance bands, lacrosse balls, PVC pipes, and mats.
Through the force of resistance, gain the muscle strength and definition you desire. This class uses a combination of equipment including, weights, strength bands, resistance balls, and body weight, that will have you looking fit in no time!
Take your cycle experience to the next level with this fun, high-energized session. Participants are guided through phases starting with a warm-up, followed by intervals involving flats, sprints, hills, jumps, and combos, finishing with a cool down. You control your resistance and pedal speed, creating the right intensity for you!
A total lower-body workout! This class utilizes a variety of different equipment including bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands, and body weight to target muscles of the lower body. This class will keep you toned and strong for the entire semester!
Join us for an exhilarating low-impact workout combining cardio and strength in the water! This session will take place in the shallow water in the UREC pool. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and empowered!
This dance class features high-and low-intensity intervals that will help improve cardiovascular fitness while also enhancing balance, coordination, agility, and strength. All levels are welcome as the choreography is beginner friendly and all moves are repeated so you can build onto the choreography as the class goes.
Experience a physical journey of flowing movements while holding traditional poses. Improve your flexibility, strength, balance, and mental focus. Modifications are given to make each pose more challenging or simpler based on your skill level!
This class uses partial/full bodyweight movements that are geared toward building strength and burning fat. Challenge yourself to keep moving the entire class! We want to challenge you differently with every class! All levels are welcome.
An all-around abdominal toning and strengthening class. This mat-based class utilizes a variety of equipment including bodyweight, medicine balls, BOSU balls, gliders, and so much more! All levels are welcome as modifications are given to make each exercise more challenging or simpler.
Want a fast and effective workout? This class is a work-to-rest ratio of cardio and strength movements, designed to increase your heart rate for a certain amount of time, followed by short rest periods. The short rest intervals are great for building endurance and getting you in shape!
This class is the perfect stepping stone in learning compound and accessory movements. You will be taught proper form, technique, and terminology to help make your transition into lifting as fun and effective as possible. After learning lifts at the beginning of the session, your instructor will lead you through a workout utilizing the new skills. This class will use dumbbells, aerobic barbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls.
Similar to yoga, Pilates is a form of exercise that will help you build strength while increasing concentration and body movement ability. This mat-based class has a high concentration on core strengthening while focusing on coordination, posture, balance, and flexibility. Join us for a fun, low-impact class designed for all fitness levels.

This class is a balanced blend of cardio kickboxing moves, high-intensity Tabata intervals, and choreographed movements. Jab, cross, and kick your body into shape!
