Whether you’re a beginner, a fitness fanatic or somewhere in between, you can take part in our FREE fitness classes. Class leaders will keep you motivated and make sure you have fun. No registration is required, and you can join anytime.

Class Descriptions

  • Blue Zone: Need an extra push? This class is a high volume, low resistance workout with short rest intervals and is geared primarily toward building muscle tone and definition while improving cardiovascular fitness.
  • Strength Circuit: Weights, cardio, balance, coordination, and power movements wrapped into a circuit format! This class is designed to train you from top to bottom and improve your overall physique with a variety of exercise equipment.
  • Cycle, Core, and More: Take your cycle experience to the next level with a fun, heart-pumping session, integrated with core exercises and more. This class utilizes stationary bikes to simulate hills, flats, and speed work. You control your resistance and pedal speed, creating just the right intensity for you. All levels welcome!
  • Power Yoga: This fast-paced style of yoga focuses on dynamic movements to improve flexibility, mental focus, and build strength. Modifications are given to make each position more challenging or simpler based on your skill level!
  • HIIT: Want a fast and effective workout? This class involves repeated bouts of max-intensity cardio movements and strength training, followed by shorter recovery intervals. Get ready to sweat!
  • 3-2-1 Burn: Tone and sculpt your body to feel energized and strong. This class utilizes a variety of different equipment including bars, dumbbells, strength bands, and body weight to target multiple areas of the body. Gain strength and blast your way through the semester!
  • Relaxation Yoga: Need a break from class? Join us for a relaxing yoga session to reduce stress, tension, and put the mind and body at ease. Your flexibility and mental focus will improve!
