- Latecomers may join the class only if they arrive within the first 10 minutes of the class start time.
- Some classes have a limited number of spots available. Spots will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis.

Whether you’re a beginner, a fitness fanatic or somewhere in between, you can take part in our FREE fitness classes. Class leaders will keep you motivated and make sure you have fun. No registration is required, and you can join anytime.
Fitness Class Schedule
Classes are held LIVE on our Facebook and Instagram pages, @asurec, starting Feb. 1, 2021 for the spring semester.
The types of classes available may change periodically. Your current options include:

|Wednesday||Yoga Flow||3-4 p.m.|
- Cardio Fit: Increase cardio stamina through mat-based, full body movements and the addition of a weight ball or other equipment.
- Yoga Flow: Develop strength and flexibility from hips to shoulders with focused, resistance training applied to accessible postures.
