Access for the Ram Family and Friends
Why should the students have all the fun? As a faculty or staff member, alumnus, donor, or friend of ASU, you can also access our state-of-the-art UREC facilities through reasonably priced memberships. This includes the Ben Kelly Center for Human Performance and the ASU Lake House.
We also offer membership programs for military members, local high school students in the Up and Coming Scholars Program, and non-ASU employees who work on campus.
ASU faculty and staff members, as well as non-ASU employees who work on campus (GCA, Chartwells, and Data Center), must purchase a UREC Pass in order to use the Ben Kelly Center for Human Performance.
Who is eligible
Faculty, staff, and non-ASU employees who work on campus, as well as their spouse, significant other, and any children living at the same residence above the age of 5.
Cost

$48 per faculty, staff, or non-ASU employee who works on campus per year. There are two payment options:
- Pay the entire amount upfront.
- Have the fee deducted from payroll over a 12-month period. Complete the UREC Pass Registration/Payroll Deduction Form and submit it to the Ben Kelly Center for Human Performance (CHP), Room 112. Refunds or transfers are not permitted.
- $120 / Spouse, Significant Other, Children Living at Same Residence above the age 5. The same enrollment options apply as for faculty/staff members.
Faculty, staff, and non-ASU employees who work on campus must purchase a UREC Pass in order to purchase for other eligible family members. If you choose not to purchase a UREC Pass for family members, a $5 guest pass can be purchased per member per day.
Facility Access
UREC Pass holders may utilize all UREC facilities, including the weight room, indoor track, gymnasium, racquetball courts, swimming pool and locker rooms, and all UREC programming. UREC programming includes intramural sports, fitness classes, and Outdoor Adventures (climbing gym, kayak check-out, and workshops).
Guest Privileges
Up to four guests per UREC Pass Holder for $5 per day. Guests will have full facility and programs access, as well.

UREC and Guest Passes can be purchased Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., at the UREC Office in the Ben Kelly Center for Human Performance.
Who is eligible

Military (active duty or retired) and their dependents

Everyone over 12 must present a military ID.

Children under 12 must be continuously supervised by guardian.
Purchase Options
- Daily Pass: $5 per person (valid day of purchase only)
- Weekly Pass: $20 per person (valid for 7 days from purchase)
- Monthly Pass: $40 per person (valid for 30 days from purchase)

Students not enrolled during the summer semesters, but who were enrolled in the previous spring semester and have registered for the upcoming fall semester

Total facility access similar to that of current students.
Programs Access
Total programming similar to that of current students.
Guest Privilege
One free guest per visit and up to three paid guests per visit for $5 each for facility access only; similar to that of current students.

Summer Activity Passes can be purchased Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., at the UREC Office in the Ben Kelly Center for Human Performance.
Who is eligible
Eligible high school students who are part of the Up and Coming Scholars Program.
