This session reviews best practices for developing an effective hiring strategy: from creating the job description to developing recruiting skill sets - from the interview through the onboarding process. In this session, business owners and managers will be led through a series of questions to help them meet compliance standards while customizing practices to suit their culture. We will also consider best practices for virtual/remote hiring issues.
