Blackboard Accessibility (Ally) Training

Tuesday, April 27, 2021 3:00pm - 4:00pm Free
The Office of Student Disability Services proudly sponsors an in-depth review of Blackboard Ally. Ally is a new tool available inside Blackboard which assists in building a more inclusive learning environment by making digital course content more accessible to students.

Ally works seamlessly in Blackboard to gauge the accessibility of your content. It provides guidance and tips for lasting improvements to your content and automatically checks for accessibility issues and generates alternative formats. In this class, instructors will learn:

  • What are the benefits of Ally?
  • How to see your accessibility scores for your course content
  • Ally instructor Feedback Panel overview
  • Where students find the alternative formats
Registration for this event is now closed.
