Repeats M-F (to July 16, 2021)
This art exhibit by artist Nischaya Mathema, highlights two major religions in Nepal, namely Hinduism and Buddhism.

This digital print exhibit is a first for Nischaya Mathema, showcasing 17 pieces of artwork.

Nischaya spent most of his life in three countries - Nepal, Cambodia, and Australia, and taught in three different education systems - MYP in Cambodia, A-level in Nepal. As an undergraduate in Australia, he was shaped by three cultures - South Asian, South-east Asia, and Western, influenced by four religions - Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam, and Christianity, soaking in the sights, sounds, and smells of 10 different countries.

Nischaya’s interest in art was sudden, and evident, after winning a prize in 2010, in a walk-through competition. His next decade was a roller-coaster ride, from excitement to disappointment.

Following an illness and lockdown during the pandemic, Nischaya set out on a path to artistic enlightenment, creating his first exhibit.
