Counseling Services will offer virtual brief guided reflections designed to calm the body and focus the mind. These sessions, led by Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, Debra Dawkins and faculty member Laurence Musgrove, are open to students, staff, and faculty interested in improving the quality of the attention they dedicate to their work and relationships with others.
