World Sleep Day

Join us for a hybrid presentation on getting better sleep.

According to the Sleep Foundation, adults need 7-9 hours of sleep per night, however, sleep statistics from the CDC show that only about 65% of adults get that much.  Additionally, 40% of students who sought treatment at Counseling Services cite sleep as a reason for distress.  

Counseling Services and the University Clinic have teamed up to offer a practical strategies to get better sleep.
