Join us for a virtual workshop to enhance mental well-being and improve relationships.

Is anxiety getting harder to handle? Feeling stressed or distracted during your studies or work?

Counseling Services will offer brief mindfulness training this semester so that you can easily learn helpful techniques to calm your heart and focus your mind.

These guided practices are led by Debra Dawkins and Dr. Laurence Musgrove. Debra is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor in ASU Counseling Services, and Laurence is a professor of creative writing and literature in the Department of English and Modern Languages.

These sessions are open to all students, staff and faculty members interested in enhancing mental well-being and their relationships with others.
