Help yourself and help others. Join My Health My Resources (MHMR) of the Concho Valley and ASU Counseling Services for a two-day Mental Health First Aid training.
Identify. Understand. Respond.
Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based early intervention course that teaches participants about mental health and substance abuse challenges.
The course is open to the first 15 students, faculty and staff members who can commit to both days of training. RSVP to confirm your registration by emailing Erika Baeza at ebaeza@mhmrcv.org.
Light refreshments will be provided each day of the training.
