Request for Dual Credit Online Course

Use this form to request an ASU instructor to teach an online course through the ASU Presidential Scholars Dual Credit program. The course material will be delivered via the ASU Blackboard platform.

Course descriptions can be found in the University Catalog.  Students enrolled in these courses must meet the listed prerequisite or the school must submit a prerequisite override request form

Certain courses are only offered once per academic year, which is noted in the list of courses offered below.

The school district must provide a proctor for the online course. Students should report to a classroom with an assigned proctor to ensure students are working on their online course. Students should not take this course outside of normal high school class time. The school district will not receive reimbursement for dual credit instruction.

Requests are not guaranteed and will be reviewed by ASU Academic Affairs to determine instructor availability.
