Please note, transcripts submitted via this form are not considered official.
Official high school transcripts should be submitted by your high school via TREx, another secure electronic method (example: Parchment), or mailed to the Office of Admissions.
Official college/university transcripts should be sent through a secure electronic method (examples: Credential Solutions, Parchment, etc.). College transcripts submitted through this form will not qualify for transfer work to be entered.
ACT/SAT Score reports that indicate they are “unofficial” on the document will not be accepted. If you are needing to order official ACT or SAT scores, please visit:
