English Proficiency Exemption Request Form

International applicants must provide proof of English proficiency as part of their application to Angelo State University Graduate School programs.

International applicants may request an exemption from the English proficiency requirement if:

  • They are citizens from countries exempted by the Center for International Studies at Angelo State University from the English proficiency requirement. Proof of citizenship must be submitted to receive the exemption.
  • They have completed a university-level degree (bachelor’s, master’s, etc.) at a regionally accredited college or university in the United States of America.

I understand if I fail to do so, my request will be denied and that I will be required to submit one of the 4 measures of English proficiency accepted by the Angelo State University College of Graduate Studies and Research.
