Graduate Nursing Face Mask Acknowledgement

Face masks and coverings are not currently mandated due to an Executive Order by the Governor of Texas, Greg Abbott. By submitting this document, you are indicating your understanding that your decision to not wear a face mask or facial covering when conducting nursing program activities could result in becoming infected with the Coronavirus and the potential for long-term post-infection side effects. Depending on the sequela of the infection and post-infection side effects, it could render your inability to continue in the nursing program.
