Blackboard Course Template or Organization Request Form

Use this form to request a new course template or organization. Course Templates are typically used as a virtual space to work on course builds or course content. If you would like to complete a course copy once a course template is created, please fill out the form located on the Instructional Designers page by clicking the plus sign next to In This Section and selecting Course Copy.

Organizations can be used for a variety of reasons. A Blackboard Organization is not necessarily academic in nature but may be used for administrative, departmental, or training purposes.

Use the space below to tell us what you have planned for enrollment. You can enroll users yourself or you can attach a file with users and roles identified. Alternatively, if you want to control enrollment based on a Banner program code, you can list that code below.
