Angelo State University has set certain standards which applicants from other countries must meet so that those admitted will be prepared to take full advantage of the opportunities offered them and to make a positive contribution to the academic and social life on the campus. Every applicant must show:

High scholastic achievement.
Ability to finance his/her way fully.
An adequate command of the English language.

Each applicant should complete fully the general application for admission and this supplement.
