Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to ASU faculty/staff/students on Blackboard
  • Perform day-to-day system troubleshooting
  • Managing and prioritizing work requests
  • Building, editing and publishing training content
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Experience using Google Apps
