The Desktop Tech position is an excellent opportunity to gain tier 1, 2 and 3 desktop support experience. Situations may include, but are not limited to:
Qualified candidates will have a basic understanding of computer hardware and basic troubleshooting ability, as well as the ability to work in a team driven environment with strong work ethic. A large portion of the this position will be spent working one on one with the faculty and staff so communication skills are a must. Any experience with the following would be preferred but it not required:
Standard operating hours for this position are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Technicians are required to fit their schedule within standard operating hours, but may occasionally be required to work events beyond these standard hours. We advise you to include all hours of availability when completing the application as it will help us to determine if you may be a good fit for a position within another area of IT.
