For the next decade, the jobs are in computer science

The University of Washington presents a compelling case that job projections for computer science outpace those for other majors.

The following chart compares “annualized jobs available” and “annual degrees granted” for various STEM fields.  The job growth in computer science is expected to be very strong, and there aren’t nearly enough CS graduates to fill them all:
