Profs. Tina Doyle (Department of Communications and Mass Media) and Harriet Lewis (formerly of the Physical Therapy program) discussed the development of wartime photography and healthcare methods. Prof. Doyle demonstrated how individualized cameras allowed the wartime participants to chronicle the conflict for themselves while Prof. Lewis noted how physical therapy, as a disciple, emerged from the broken bodies of the war’s casualties. Over 200 audience members from the student body and San Angelo community attended the event.
