Feliciano met with the advising team at the SBDC after he had purchased the business from the previous owner. He was seeking information about how to better manage and take on employees. He also sought out advice on how to implement a price increase for the services at the lube center and car wash.
The advising team met with Feliciano and conducted a brainstorming session to help him find answers about human resources and price strategy. Feliciano was able to take on more employees and grow his operation. As well as upgrade his facility in order to match the price increase and establish more value.
