The Desktop Tech position is an excellent opportunity to gain tier 1, 2 and 3 desktop support experience. Situations may include, but are not limited to:
- Removing viruses
- Installing hardware and software
- Imaging computers
Qualified candidates will have a basic understanding of computer hardware and basic troubleshooting ability, as well as the ability to work in a team driven environment with strong work ethic. A large portion of the this position will be spent working one on one with the faculty and staff so communication skills are a must. Any experience with the following would be preferred but it not required:
- Mobile devices or ADS
Up to 20 hours a week.
