Online Summer Code Camp 2021

Angelo State University’s Department of Computer Science will host its annual ASU Code Camp for junior high and high school students July 5-16, Monday - Friday, and will be conducted virtually using Khan Academy’s online resources.

This is a free, interactive, two-week virtual camp and it is open to students interested in computer programming, coding, and creating animations using Javascript programming language.

“Our first virtual Code Camp in 2020 was a great success” said Dr. Erdoğan Doğdu, Chair of the Computer Science Department. “We virtually hosted approximately 100 students of all ages”.

Camp participants collaborate with the instructors in hands-on programming, including a variety of topics, challenges and projects offered by Khan Academy.
