Computer Science Research Team Receives TEES Award

Dr. Erdogan Dogdu, professor and chair for the Computer Science Department, was part of a team that received a $10,000 seed fund at the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) Annual Research Conference in May 2021.
The team’s proposal was called “A Deep-Defense Approach for Next-Gen Cyber-Resilient Interdependent Critical Infrastructure Systems.”
In addition to Dogdu, team members are:
- Eman Hammad (Lead PI), Texas A&M – Commerce
- Abhijit Kumar Nag, Texas A&M – Central Texas
- Anitha Chennamaneni, Texas A&M – Central Texas
- Mohsen Aghashahi, Texas A&M – San Antonio.
The team’s goal with the award is to apply to one or two national grant programs in the coming year.
