eLearning Student Technician

Information Technology/eLearning Center


Provide technical support to ASU faculty/staff/students on Blackboard
Perform day-to-day system troubleshooting
Managing and prioritizing work requests
Building, editing and publishing training content
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Experience using Google Apps

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer service skills
Organization skills
Strong attention to detail
Multitasking in a fast paced environment


20 hours per a week. Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, working around class schedule (must be student of ASU)


$10/hr+ depending on skillset
