Graduate level student who is proficient in Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel). Basic Accounting skills. Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision. Advanced knowledge and comprehension of spelling/punctuation.

Duties: Assist with reviewing documentation for auxiliary contracts (bookstore, credit union, food service, as well as drink and snack vending), create flyers/newsletters, maintain financial spreadsheets, general reports, filing, and organization of documents. Student must also be able to provide general campus and community information, campus maps, and directories in a professional manner either by phone or in person, as well as assist with other clerical duties as assigned.


Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., work 10-20 hrs per week (minor evening/weekend shifts as requested). Flexible with class schedules within allotted hours. Must be available to work during the summer.
