Student Communications Assistants in our Call Center play an important role in recruiting future members of the Ram Family. Our team helps build and foster relationships with prospective students by sharing information about ASU along with your own campus experiences. Strengthen your interpersonal skills and expand your understanding of marketing and recruitment while gaining first-hand experience with Salesforce, the world’s top CRM solution.

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students to assist them in their next steps, registering for events, important dates and deadlines and preparing them to attend Angelo State.
  • Learn more about what ASU offers to students and utilize this knowledge to become an effective ASU recruiter. Ensure that student questions which require follow-up by a professional admissions staff member are tasked and recorded.
  • Aid in preparing large print communication mailings.


Hours may vary depending on fall, spring, and summer terms and student availability.

Typical hours may look like this:

Monday-Thursday, 3-7 p.m., Friday 1-5 p.m.
Monday-Thursday, 2-6 p.m., Friday 1-5 p.m.
