The Go Texan program is a Texas Department of Agriculture initiative dedicated to identifying and supporting Texas-based businesses and connecting them with customers across the Lone Star State and around the world. The Go Texan program is dedicated to showcasing the diversity and quality of Texas – based businesses. Their efforts support business growth opportunities through developing new sales, establishing partnership relationships and encouraging customers to seek out the iconic Go Texan mark when making purchases.

As a Go Texan partner, you will receive benefits that include promotional opportunities, connections to funding, workshops, networking and access to some of the largest events in Texas to showcase your products. There are various partnership tiers available for you to sign up with at different price points. This allows you the option to select a level that works best for your business and your overall marketing budget.

The first tier of the program is a $100 fee that gives you access to the following:

Typically, businesses with products that are grown or processed in Texas are eligible to apply for the Go Texan program as a Product Partnership. Some companies with non-agricultural Texas-made products can still be considered eligible but may have varying or limited benefits. If your product is not produced in the state of Texas, then you will not qualify for the Go Texan program. Specific eligibility guidelines apply to each category of product. For the details on each, contact Go Texan or visit the Texas Administrative Code.
