The Center for Security Studies (CSS) in April debuted its new electronic publication, the e-Journal of Homeland and National Security Perspectives, which is available for free public viewing.
The first edition of the journal was published online April 1 and features academic and research papers submitted by students in ASU’s security studies and criminal justice programs. The student editorial board included co-executive editors Ashley Tanner of San Angelo and Jason Mabry of Austin, along with co-managing editors Beatrice Ramsey and Billy Cullins of San Angelo, under the guidance of CSS faculty.
While the first edition showcases work by only security studies and criminal justice students and faculty, the goal is to expand the pool of submitted papers. The journal will be published once each spring and fall semester, and anyone interested in reading it can access it for free online through the ASU Digital Library and through the Texas Digital Library System.
