Ms. Farrah Lokey, M.Ed.
- Rassman Building 201
Farrah, originally from Hamilton, Texas, earned a BA in English (Technical and Business Writing) form Angelo State University in 2011. She was actively involved on campus in multiple student organizations, and she returned to ASU in 2013 to accept a position with the Financial Aid Office. Farrah earned a MEd in Student Development and Leadership in Higher Education with an Academic Advising Certificate from Angelo State University in 2015, while working full-time for the university in the Scholarship Programs Office.
As a first generation college student, Farrah chose ASU because it was “close enough for me to go home when I wanted, but far enough so my parents couldn’t visit every weekend.” As an adult, however, she chose to return and stay at Angelo State because she’s never felt more at home than when she’s walking down the university mall.
When Farrah’s not at ASU, she can be found serving on the Galilee Community Development Corporation board, volunteering at university and community events, and traveling with friends.
