What advice would you give students about choosing a university?
I highly recommend touring and meeting with the department you are interested in. Touring gives you the opportunity to visualize yourself being on campus as a student. Choose the school that best fits you and helps you reach your academic goals!
Why did you decide to attend ASU?
After I toured campus and met with the Agriculture Department, ASU felt like home! I loved the idea of small class sizes, professors knowing my name, and seeing familiar faces every day. From the moment I stepped foot on campus I felt like I was a part of the RamFam!
What is your favorite place on campus?
My favorite spot on campus has to be the hallway outside of Vincent 250. Most of my classes were in the Vincent Building. I met lifelong friends and got to know my professors sitting in the hallway before and after class.
What do you like about being an admissions counselor?
I don’t only like my job, but I love it! Being an Admissions Counselor, I help students in their journey in becoming a college student. I find joy in helping students navigate the admissions process. Applying to college can be overwhelming. I am here to help students through the application process and answer any questions they may have about ASU or being a member of the RamFam!
