What advice would you give students about choosing a university?

Make sure you visit each school and get a feel for the environment. Gather as much information as possible and compare schools to see which fits you best. Most importantly, choose a school that makes you feel at home.

Why did you decide to attend ASU?

After visiting campus, I quickly learned that RAMFAM was not just a saying, it’s a way of life at Angelo State University. Everyone on campus was very welcoming and personable. ASU made me feel at home and made my college transition super easy.

What is your favorite place on campus?

The Porter Henderson Library is my favorite place on campus. I have many great memories of study nights with my friends during my undergrad.

What do you like about being an admissions counselor?

I know how overwhelming making a college decision can be, so I love helping students with their transition and try to make it as easy as possible!
