Manjit started Minhas Brewery at 19 with her brother, Ravinder Minhas and to date, her companies have sold over 8 billion pints of beer with annual revenues of over $220 million, becoming the first successful company to enter the Canadian beer industry in many decades! Manjit is committed to Social Responsibility – putting a Management Warning on all her beer cans and protecting the environment by using minimal packaging and resources when producing her products. The Petroleum Engineering student turned beer baroness is also an investor on the hit TV show Dragons’ Den (Canadian Shark Tank).
