SSgt Sarah Barrera the Non-Commissioned Officer as an ROTC Training Instructor (RTI) for the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) Detachment 847 at Angelo State University in San Angelo. She is responsible for managing several areas of administrative support for the detachment and instructing Air Force ROTC curriculum.
