Attending orientation is the easiest way to get advised and get registered for classes. You’ll also learn about campus resources available to students.

Verify Your Intended Major

At New Student Orientation, you will meet with an academic advisor. If you are considering changing your major, we recommend you do so before attending orientation to ensure that you get the most out of your advising and class registration sessions. To make that change, go to the Change Major Form under your Academic Profile in RamPort.

Sign Up For a Signature Course

While at orientation, you’ll register for one of ASU’s Signature Courses. These classes help students transition to college life while learning more about an intellectual topic of their choice.
