Eugene Dale Miller was born in DeLeon, TX. He went to San Angelo College (now Angelo State University) and then joined the Army Air Force. He was a bombardier stationed in Sardinia during WWII. After his time in Sardinia, he returned to San Angelo, married Louise Davis, and transferred into the reserves. He retired at the rank of Major. 

After the Conflict

Miller lived in San Angelo, initially worked for his father-in-law’s business, and was in the Reserves.
